Do you provide the alcohol?
Although the client is responsible for purchasing the alcohol (due to Virginia law), we will guide you through the selection of your beverages and are able to pick up and deliver your selections to your event (price may vary).
What drinks can you serve?
Our taps are designed to pour craft beer, wine, champagne, specialty cocktails, sodas, coffee, tea, and juice. We also do full bottle wine service & mixed drinks.
Are you licensed and insured?
Our tap-tenders come with their Server’s Permit. We also carry full auto, liquor, and general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
What is the average price of your services?
Every celebration is different; therefore, one package does not fit all! Don’t worry – we will walk you through building your dream event while maintaining your budget. We have additional add ons that can give your event the look you want.
What is your payment and refund policy?
In order to secure your date and our service, we require a 50% down payment at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event.
For refunds, please reference the guidelines below:
>14 days before the event = 25% refund
<14 days before the event = No refund
Dates booked 12-18 months in advance require a signed contract and non-refundable 50% retainer to secure your date. (Your retainer is applied towards your balance).
